Take 3
This time it's on the light fixtures. How hard can it be to place the fixtures correctly? Obviously not easy for the workers we've got!
They say they'll be done by this week. We're all skeptics. The dishwasher will arrive soon, then in 2 weeks the countertops. The floor...who knows.
As with any remodel you find out new things that need to be replaced or worked on. This week's newest discoveries: the water heater's leaking and needs to be replaced plus the wallboard in the garage is waterlogged and must come down.
Anyone want to take in the kitchenless, soon to be hot water less, and window less Fairvilla Faithful for a couple months?? We promise to cook for you! Our patience is truly being tested, yet we're excited about the thought of splashing some type of red on the currently white walls. That will be this weekend's project.

If you are willing to put up with the other's that live in my home on any given evening... you are more than welcome to bring life to my kitchen (it would also be nice to share, and grately appreciated if you were to help us clean, but no expectations). Lord knows the men in my house would all be better off with the grace and beauty that the Fairvilla ladies take with them where ever they go, regardless of the place getting cleaned or not!
