Negotiation

Don't you hate it when you feel like you're on the top of a negotiation & then they thow you time sensitive curve ball. You might want to hit it, but you're not sure. Well that happened to us this evening as we were looking at a house. After we returned home, we received a call: "If you put down the $1k security deposit we won't show the house to anyone else and you can move as soon as July 1st."

Ugh...so we all have an icky, unsettled feeling and almost lost our appetite for dinner. It's the best option yet, but we still don't know about the cost/# of people in the house/payment of utilities.

Lord, give us wisdom.
