BLUE cornmeal

So I picked up a bag of blue cornmeal today. Why? because it was 99 cents AND organic. Do I know what I will do with it? No, but I'll soon find some new recipe to try!

No doubt I will have a housemate who will say, "What's this for?" and another..."BLUE?? cornmeal, what's that? I've never eaten that before." And another, "Hmm, needs more salt." And another will say, "I don't like this." And the final one will say, "I like this."

Ahh, yet another Grand Fairvilla experiment.

So I made blue cornmeal crackers today. Don't know quite what to make of them, but La Guerita compares them to something unpronouncible from Mexico. Any ideas for a good use of blue cornmeal?
